Rosette Swirl Obession

Apparently I have a slight obsession with rosette swirls lately. And blue. And green. I just LOVE how they turn out. I just cannot get enough of them. All of these cakes were done in the past three weeks. 


Anyone need a cake? I would love to do this technique on a wedding cake . . .
